But there are serious allegations of voter fraud. How can anyone be happy about 170 year old Democrat voters in Michigan casting a ballot? If you want to unite America, you do not, as the BBC and my wife are doing, accuse Trump of cheating by challenging these issues. You silence him and his supporters by addressing them. For many there will be rational explanations. If there are not, do you not think the result needs challenging? In this podcast, I debunk the idea pushed by Nate Silver and the MSM that Georgia is now winnable for the Dems. I look at Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio (all three of which are now looking very winnable indeed for Donald Trump) and ponder where Trump would get the final votes needed for victory: any one of Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota with, perhaps, a helping hand in Maine. I consider the impact of the latest BLM riots in Philadelphia, Biden on fracking and of last night’s bombshell interview with Tony Bobulinski - which you can see HERE. The BBC and MSM will not cover it but some floating voters or even Biden leaners will watch it and, I suggest, come to the conclusion that creepy Joe is a lying crook. If that swings just a few more votes in somewhere like Arizona then that could be enough for Trump. Bottom line: there is no blue wave. The Senate is staying in the hands of the GOP and while the Economist says Trump’s chance of winning is just 8%, I’d now score it at 45-50%. The next two days of polling will tell us more.

So where are the apologies for this disgraceful episode in the history of fake news? There are none. I enjoyed two minor celeb twitter exchanges yesterday. First up was Paula Jones who was sexually harassed by the rapist Bill Clinton. When she flagged this up Hillary Clinton did not say that all women complaining of this should be taken seriously. Instead Clinton attack dog spokesman James Carville suggested that Jones was trailer park trash. Jones’ testimony was far more powerful than that of Christine Blasey Ford but #Metoo has double standards when it comes to dealing with conservatives and liberals Stateside. Anyhow Jones is a star. A few weeks ago the US Supreme Court threw out a case brought against a baker who had declined to bake a cake for a gay wedding. Though the owner of the Masterpiece Cakeshop was happy to bake cakes for gay folks he, being a Christian, did not wish to be party to a celebration of something of which he did not approve. Oddly in the UK the Courts backed the gay couple but in the US the Courts accept that the State has no right to force a business to serve anyone. The liberal left moaned, wailed, shrieked and hurled abuse. This was outrageous they claimed - no business should be allowed to turn away customers on the basis of belief. It was not that the customers were gay it was that the cake ordered was for something the owner did not believe in. But the liberals said that did not matter.

Above the main field at Butterwell Farm in Byfield was a smaller field. On one side was a continuation of the dry stone wall that separated our land from that of Mr Peter Thompson, on the other the extensive gardens that my mother worked to create. At the bottom ,separating this land from the main field, was a giant old barn which contained a wooden three-seater lavatory seat among other gems. At the top there was another barn which in turn formed one half of one side of the yard behind our house. In fact they are on such a roll they are again talking about global warming rather than climate change. There have been three nationwide polls since the debate on a nationwide basis. Reuters decided to poll a lot more registered Democrats than Republicans so again skewing its results in order to create a bogus lead for Crooked Hillary. You can discount any of its polls, its fudges have discredit it completely. The other two (Fox & Rasmussen) show Hillary with leads of 3% and 1% and swings to her of 2% and 6% respectively. I am a Trump supporter and, as I planned to stay up late for the debate, when team Trump spun that The Donald had prepped by playing golf I hoped that this was just lowering expectations. Sadly I now believe that it was what Trump actually did as he was not good last night. He rambled, he did not force the agenda, as Hillary did, to key issues like how corrupt she is, and he dealt poorly with her points on his lack of a published tax return. But while liberal media commentators now say that it is game over they are very wrong.
Can they not remember how Obama was thrashed out of sight by Romney in their first debate or how John Kerry mastered Bush Senior and Gore walloped Bush junior. In all three cases the big winner of the first debate lost the election. There was a small blip in the polls afterwards but it soon unwound.

Somehow I managed to work out how to tune my father's TV onto the BBC News Channel. Newsnight had been too busy bashing the Tories to give more than a brief mention to a story that broke before it went on air and which now leaves almost 80 people lying dead in France. I am not sure that AFP calling the Democrat process as over before California voted helped Bernie Sanders much but the raw facts are that crooked Hillary beat him in the Primary. Hillary will not get past the 2,383 delegates needed to win a mandate at the Convention on elected delegates alone, she will need some super-delegates to cross the line. But she has nearly all the super delegates in her back pocket and she also has far more elected delegates than mad Bernie Sanders 2,203 to 1,828. So she will almost certainly be the nominee.
She has the most elected delegates and she can claim momentum having picked up New Jersey as well as California. And she has enough pledged super delegates to tie the whole thing up. However....

It has been widely reported that the pompous US actor Matt Damon has opined on Brexit, branding it "insane". Mr Damon's qualifications as a political scientist or an economist are unclear. He did go to Harvard but dropped out before graduating and studied English. To suggest that he has any expertise on the finer points of Brexit would therefore be somewhat pushing the limits of plausibility.

The liberal British media could not get enough Republicans to go on camera saying how they's rather suck Bill Clinton's cock than vote for Donald Trump. Inside the bubble that is Washington DC, folks like Kylie "beltway" Morris of C4 news span the narrative again and again that the GOP would splinter and not back Trump and so he could not win. As such the latest polls show at every level that Kylie et al really just cannot get this contest any more wrong.
The headline is a good place to start on the latest ABC/Washington News poll. Trump is on 46%, crooked Hillary is on 44%. Yes Trump is winning. But its the breakdown that is more fascinating.
What percentage of Republicans who did not vote for Trump in the primaries will vote for Hillary in the General? It is just 11% ( down from 20% in March). So 11% of c40% of GOP voters are backing crooked Hillary - that would be just over 4%. The rest are backing The Donald. that looks like a pretty united party to me with pretty much everyone bar Mitt Romney, and the effete Country Club Republicans who lead the party to electoral disaster in the past two contests, backing Trump.

By June 7th after the California Democrat primary we will know for sure whether the Dems really want to hand the presidency to Donald Trump on a plate.
Right now, crooked Hillary - for that is how she is perceived - is about 100 delegates short of winning the Democrat nomination. However that is in good part to the fact that the unelected Super Delegates , party officials, right now break for her c525 to 30 ( with 157 undeclared). In terms of elected Delegates Hillary leads crackpot socialist mad Bernie Sanders 1,771 to 1,449.
But Sanders has been winning most of the recent primaries including West Virginia where he slaughtered crooked Hillary even though Clinton had beaten Obama in the same state. Democrat strategists should note that a third of those voting Sanders (so a fifth of registered Dems) in West Virginia say they would vote Trump in a contest against Clinton. That hands the state to the GOP.

Once upon a time folks on the liberal left on both sides of the Atlantic used to believe in free speech. In the McCarthyite era they were able to claim the moral high ground but somewhere in the last fifty years it has all gone horribly wrong. I have noted before how Kylie Morris, the US correspondent for Channel 4 News is perhaps the dopiest, most out of touch liberal left reporter going. This woman makes the BBC look balanced. But we can now show Kylie hitting a new low as she points out what a vile racist Donald Trump is.
Two days before the Nevada primary Kylie filed a long piece on how hispanics voters in Nevada were shunning Trump. After searching really hard all day Kylie managed to find just one Latino voter who was voting for Trump, a Vietnam vet who Kylie was thus able to expose as a weirdo. In Kylie world, latinos shared her view that Trump was a racist and none were backing him.

I am a big fan of the USA. I love visiting friends in New York. I believe that over the past 50 years she has acted generally as a force for good (a few recent illegal wars notwithstanding) in fighting the cold war and acting as a responsible global military and economic policeman.
The principles behind the US Declaration of Independence and Constitution are generally inspiring. And so congratulations to, Britain’s friend, the US on her Independence Day celebrations. But on this day I can also reflect on the 10 Americans I am most glad do not potentially reside in the UK as a result of the divorce of 1776. Sadly bankster Bob Diamond cannot make the list as he is already over here. In no particular order.
